Tours depart in rain, heat, or shine (extreme weather conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis); We provide comfy blankets and see-through vehicle coverings to protect you from the elements.

A full refund will be given if a tour is canceled 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window and up to two hours before your tour will be refunded if tour insurance is purchased at checkout.

TOUR FAQS

Q: Are the vehicles equipped to handle strollers or wheelchairs?

Unfortunately not. Please keep in mind our vehicles have a 12-inch step-up to get in and out of the vehicles. Hand hold bars are available to assist when entering and exiting the eTuk vehicles. Step stools are provided to further assist.

Q: How many people does an eTuk seat?

Each eTuk vehicle can seat up to six adults. Many groups find that five passengers is the most comfortable fit.
