Are children allowed in an eTuk?

The minimum age for riders is 8 years old. Here at eTuk Ride, we strive to be a family-friendly operation! In order to ensure the safety of our young riders, we comply with Colorado Child Passenger Safety Laws, which states that children who exceed the safety or booster seat limit, exceed 40+ pounds, and are at least 8 years old may use a standard safety belt and ride in our vehicles.

Learn more about the Colorado Child Passenger Safety Law. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

We do allow custom pick up/drop-off locations to be adjusted for a small fee. If you have any questions about pick-up or drop-off locations, feel free to contact us!

How do you decide what breweries to choose for the tour?

We consider many factors when crafting your perfect brewery mix. Day of week and time of day are most important because all breweries have different operating hours. We also factor in your tastes and preferences.  If you have some ideas in mind, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate!

How many people can fit in an eTuk?

An eTuk seats 5 people comfortably, but are built to seat 6 people total. If your group is 4 people or less, expect to be grouped with other passengers in your eTuk. You can also upgrade to a private vehicle if you so choose!

Should I tip my guide at the end of the tour?

Our guides are paid for the tour, however, if you receive great service we encourage you to show your gratitude to the guide with a tip. Also, please be sure to mention your guide’s name in any TripAdvisor, Facebook & Google review as that helps them out significantly.

What happens if it rains or snows during the tour?

All of our vehicles have heated seats and can have rain flies to cover the vehicles from all crazy, unexpected weather! Our top priority is passenger safety. In the event roads are covered with snow or are icy, we will cancel the tour and provide you with a full refund.

Are there any physical requirements for getting in and out of an eTuk?

We’ve had thousands of people come tour on our tuks! Please be aware that some with limited mobility or knee injuries find getting in and out of the eTuk tough. We can provide a step stool and our guides will do everything they can to assist, but guests will need to be able to step up 12 inches and balance to get in and out of our eTuks. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to call us ahead of booking! 720-593-8857
