KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
– Minimum age: 8 years old (per DOT regulations)
– Getting in and out of the eTuk: Please be aware that some with limited mobility or knee injuries find getting in and out of the eTuk tough. We can provide a step stool, but guests will need to be able to step up 12 inches and balance to get in and out of our eTuks. If you have questions, feel free to call us! 720-593-8857
– Tours depart in rain or shine (snowy conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis); We provide comfy blankets and see-through vehicle coverings to protect you from the elements
– A full refund will be given if a tour is canceled 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window and up to two hours before your tour will be refunded if tour insurance is purchased at checkout.

Yes, your Denver tour has multiple opportunities to get out, take pictures, or walk around some of the attractions and sites.
No, however, the vehicles do have a high step, so tour participants must be able to step in and out of the vehicles. Our tour guides do have foldaway steps to aid guests who might need a leg up.
Unfortunately not. Also, please keep in mind our vehicles have a step to get in and out of the vehicles.
Each eTuk can seat up to six adults, though we recommend no more than five for our Urban Denver City Tours.
