Q: Is there an opportunity to get out of the vehicle along the tour?

Yes, your Denver tour has multiple opportunities to get out, take pictures, or walk around some of the attractions and sites.

Q: Are the vehicles equipped to handle strollers or wheelchairs?

Unfortunately not. Also, please keep in mind our vehicles have a step to get in and out of the vehicles.

Q: What happen if it rains or snows during the tour?

All of our vehicles have heated seats and can have rain flies to cover the vehicles from all crazy, unexpected weather! Our top priority is passenger safety. In the event roads are covered with snow or are icy, we will cancel the tour and provide you with a full refund.

Q: Should I tip my guide at the end of the tour?

Our guides are paid for the tour, however, if you receive great service we encourage you to show your gratitude to the guide with a tip. Also, please be sure to mention your guide’s name in any TripAdvisor, Facebook & Google reviewas that helps them out significantly.

Q: Where should I park?

It is most convenient to park at or near Union Station. However, due to limited parking, we also encourage you to ride the light rail or use Uber/Lyft to arrive at your destination.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given if a tour is canceled 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window and up to two hours before your tour will be refunded if tour insurance is purchased at checkout.
